Requirements to Become an RN in Louisiana
To become an RN in Louisiana (and other states), you must complete an accredited RN training program. The minimum requirement is an associate degree in nursing (ADN), but you can also earn a bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) degree. Both programs include lectures and clinical training.
After completing your degree, you will be eligible to take the NCLEX-RN exam and apply for an RN license in Louisiana.
