Requirements to Become an RN in Missouri
If you are interested in becoming an RN, you will need to earn an associate or bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program. Missouri has many accredited nursing programs, and any one of them will prepare you for the NCLEX-RN exam, which is the RN licensing exam. The NCLEX-RN is a two-part exam that assesses your knowledge and skills as an RN.
After you pass the NCLEX-RN exam, you will need to submit to a criminal background check and pay a licensing fee to obtain your RN license in Missouri.
